About AEPFAB

Our Story

AEPFAB is a non-profit organization founded in Texas in 2017. We have chapters throughout the United States, including California and Texas. We are a social welfare and employee-focused association working towards ensuring that employees can get the benefits they deserve. Some of the benefits we promote are: paid sick leave, worker injuries, retirement plans, health care, maternity leave, dental coverage, funeral expenses, and credit union savings. AEPFAB can help garner funds for benefits on behalf of employees. We don’t establish budgets for administration, including salaries.

Our Members

All our employees join voluntarily, and there are no membership fees. AEPFAB has the support of our employees because we help reduce employee administrative costs, streamline bureaucracy, and offer personalized services. Unions are also close allies of AEPFAB. They represent strong alliances via contracts and collective bargaining agreements with grievance and mediation processes and procedures. At present, AEPFAB has over 2,600 members who enjoy our high-quality and low-cost benefits.
